1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between the Customer (referred to as "you") and Sakamoto Days Shop (referred to as "we" or "the Store"), for the purchase of Sakamoto Days-inspired merchandise on our website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Any order placed on our website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. By validating your order, you acknowledge having read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.

3. Products

  • The products displayed on our website are offered within the limits of available stock.

  • We reserve the right to modify our product selection at any time.

  • While we strive to display products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact match, especially concerning colors.

4. Orders

To place an order, the Customer must:

  1. Add the desired products to the cart.

  2. Complete the required information (shipping address, payment method, etc.).

  3. Review the order summary and accept the T&Cs.

  4. Complete payment online.

We reserve the right to refuse any order in case of a dispute regarding a previous order with the Customer.

5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes, excluding shipping fees.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order in the event of payment issues.

6. Shipping

Shipping Times and Destinations

We ship internationally, with estimated delivery times as follows:

  • Domestic (USA): 3-7 business days

  • International: 7-21 business days

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and external factors (customs, holidays, etc.).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and order weight and will be displayed before checkout.

Delays and Lost Shipments

  • In case of a delay, the Customer will be notified by email.

  • The Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • If your package is lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with applicable legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal without needing to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping fees.

Product Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

  • Certain items, such as personalized products, are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the Customer will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • All products are covered by legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.

  • In case of a defective or non-compliant product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

  • The Store cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products on the site.
