Delivery in Europe

If you live within the European Union, delivery costs are €2.90. If you reside in Europe but outside the European Union, delivery costs remain €2.90. Delivery times for Europe are 10 to 30 business days. However, packages may arrive sooner than expected. If delivery times are exceeded and you have not yet received your package, please contact us.

Delivery in France

If you reside in France, we offer complimentary shipping! Delivery is completely free for you. Delivery times are 10 to 15 business days in France (excluding weekends and holidays). However, it’s possible for packages to arrive sooner than expected. If 15 business days have passed and you have not received your order, please check your package tracking and contact us if necessary.

Haven’t Received Your Package Yet?

If 60 days have passed since the day of your order and your package has not yet been delivered due to reasons such as:

• Lost or stolen package
• Package marked as delivered in tracking but not received
• Package still in transit
• Package delayed
• Package shipped late

Then we invite you to contact us via email to arrange for the free re-shipment of the affected products or a refund for them.

If your order was placed less than 60 days ago and you have not yet received one or more of your packages, we ask for your patience for a few more days. Please feel free to reach out to us if your package is still undelivered 60 days after your order date.
